Deposit: Chinchillas will be held for 3 days without a deposit. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due within the 3 days. If a deposit is not received (or sent) within 3 days, we reserve the right to offer the chinchilla to a different buyer.
Payment: The remaining balance can be paid with either cash or check. Cash can be paid on the date the kit is picked up, but checks must be paid prior to the pick-up date.
Pick Up Date: Most kits can be picked up when they are eight or nine weeks old. Sometimes a kit needs to stay for an additional week or two. We will not keep kits longer than needed.
